Park Crescent Healthcare Hosts Amazing Community Event For Seniors!

Monday, June 26th we hosted our first High Tea and Hat event at Good Life with Park Crescent. We had over 80 community seniors who attended in full regalia adorning big beautiful hats. The seniors were bused in with our amazing Good Life transport teams and arrived to a room filled with pink and purple Victorian themed tables with vintage tea pots and tea cups and saucers. Each grouping of woman shared a table that was filled with tea sandwiches and delicious English style foods. Our teams provided beautiful gift bags to each attendee and we were able to have over 15 raffle prizes to present!!!
We were so pleased to have amazing entertainment that provided music and dancers! The invited Judges who assisted with our hat contest were:

- Dr. Besset
- Jackie Devose- Exectutive Director Essex Division on Aging
My mother, Susan Harris collects vintage hats and brought and displayed them for the ladies to try on and gave a short lecture on the history of hats!
We were honored to hold this community event with so many engaged seniors and our referral source and political staff.
